so i figured out i only have about 11 credits left to get my AA at abortion hamper-pen, so that's nice... just not sure where i'm goin from there exactly yet... probably the bathroom.
*rimshot*
i've been machismo-ing on the ol' heavy bag lately and because of it i've gained a considerable amount of muscle in my head... so you know what that means... you guessed it: MORE THINKING!!!!!
i've also been writing some random material lately... it's soft... subtle... some of it feels like you're teabagging a subwoofer, and some it feels like you're being run over by a monster truck and liking it =)
i'll get those ripped soon
a week from tomorrow will be SWEEEEEEET... so many good people comin back in town... school will be over... i'm gonna be overwhlemed to say the least
welp, time to go eat, study for finals, and work with dwight koontz
...
p.s. i will barely have enough money to cover bills with my next check, so that means i will literally have no money to spend on friends this year for christmas... BOOOOOOOOOOO!

i'm 90% hired at olive garden, and i'm not even sure i want the job... but we'll C!
i've been going to lifetime fitness a lot lately with dan and other broasts, and it makes life about 47% more worth living...
i've lost about 12% of guitaring skill by not practicing, but i'm picking it back up, and have already gained back about 5-6% of it
there's about an 89.9% chance i'm done with this entry...
sincerely with love and respectfully yours, hungry gutterman
p.s. i'm buying some clothes soon (i'm giving away about 51.372% of the clothes i have now!!!)

Iconic Memory System Memories that are stored in the brain through the use of sight are iconic memories. The last thing I remember before being hit in the face with a ham sandwich was seeing it come closer almost in slow motion towards my forehead and noticing everyone’s faces preemptively cringe.
Echoic Memory System Memories that are stored in the brain through the use of hearing are echoic memories. I can recall hearing a death cry from my neighbor as a pit bull masticated his pedundum."

i'm not sure what to do with my b-day money... i could either:
go to colorado and spend about 300 bucks on gas and food/alcohol
-or-
this:

i mean, there's the option of just putting the money into savings, but i feel i've earned the right to be a bit frivolous with this "free money..?"

i'm playing a piano recital on saturday... with a bunch of little boys and girls that far exceed my playing ability, and a bunch of old people because it's going to be at an old folks home
and i'm NERVOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
either way, i'm looking forward to finishing my finals and such on the 22nd, and having a whole 2-3 weeks or so off... and it'll be nice to enjoy some quality time with people returning home for break and everyone else i've had to not hang out with because of obligatory things
and i STILL haven't gone christmas shopping yet, but i am going to go next tuesday for sure once i get $paid$... i think a whole gang of "late shoppers" should go together... that'd be the most efficient possiblity i'd say... plus it'd be LOADS OF FUN! TEEHEE

wowza... lately i've felt like i'm finally coming to a rapid growth point in my evolution from bobby teenager to harold adult. feels sort of like floating on an outer layer of confusion which revolves around what is undoubtedly the wisest/most mature way to live and this mist of befuddlement is also the only thing keeping you from drifting out into space where anything is possible, but most undoubtedly disasterous and pointless. it's a struggle beyond anything i've endured internally, but can be managed in time. i hope.
i'm taking 4 courses this semester at north henna (tats): college level reading (this one makes me sound the most accomplished), speech class (even better), and piano and voice lessons... which are my fun classes i'm taking to help lower the stress level while i continue to work full-time whilst schooling.
Your brain: 60% interpersonal, 180% visual, 140% verbal, and 20% mathematical! | Congratulations on being 400% smart! Actually, on my test, everyone is. The above score breaks down what kind of thinking you most enjoy doing. A score above 100% means you use that kind of thinking more than average, and a score below 100% means you use it less. It says nothing about how good you are at any one, just how interested you are in each, relatively. A substantial difference in scores between two people means, conclusively, that they are different kinds of thinkers.
Matching Summary: Each of us has different tastes. Still, I offer the following advice, which I think is obvious:
- Don't date someone if your interpersonal percentages differ by more than 80%.
- Don't be friends with someone if your verbal percentages differ by more than 100%.
- Don't have sex with someone if their math percentage is over 200%.
| |
My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender: | You scored higher than 41% on interpersonal | | You scored higher than 94% on visual | | You scored higher than 88% on verbal | | You scored higher than 4% on mathematical |
|
somehow i don't believe this is entirely true considering the only A i've gotten in college so far has been from "logic" class, which is a "math" credit... whatever
i hope to see mel while she's home... i miss her much!
and i wish the best of luck to everyone i know that's going through the awkward/exciting/bewildering transition of dormatory livinghood in another state! too bad it'll be amazing and you don't even know it yet!!!!!!
time to go finish kingdom hearts (for the hundredth/second time)
love, joshy
p.s. curb your enthusiasm party-gasm at katie's tuesday night... i'm gonna be there.

the Cutting Edge (56% dark, 43% spontaneous, 22% vulgar) | your humor style: CLEAN | SPONTANEOUS | DARK
Your humor's mostly innocent and off-the-cuff, but somehow there's something slightly menacing about you. Part of your humor is making people a little uncomfortable, even if the things you say aren't in and of themselves confrontational. You probably have a very dry delivery, or are seriously over-the-top. Your type is the most likely to appreciate a good insult and/or broken bone and/or very very fat person dancing.
PEOPLE LIKE YOU: David Letterman - John Belushi | |
My test tracked 3 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender: | You scored higher than 49% on dark | | You scored higher than 49% on spontaneous | | You scored higher than 20% on vulgar |

things to enjoy in the near:
-the show tonight at the triple rock -kelly's cabin (again) -engine down's final tour -going back to school... YES! -working my ass off during the school year to pay school, car, insurance, and phone bills... oh wait
lots of stuff!

Your Birthdate: February 1 |
Your birthday suggests that are executive ability and leadership qualities in your makeup.
A birthday on day 1 of any month gives a measure of will power and self-confidence, and very often a rather original approach.
This 1 energy may diminish your ability and desire to handle details, preferring instead to paint with a broad brush.
You may be sensitive, but your feelings stay rather repressed. |
hey, you/box fortune teller thing, wonderful use of grammar in the first line there... i'm lovin it.

almost begging you to LOFF EET!!
...oh, and her name is ZOE, which is short for ZOLOFT
she sort of looks like this dog:

but a yellow lab instead.
either way, i promised myself i wouldn't make this entire entry all about zoloft... so here goes
i bought multivitamins today and found out i have 2 dollars left untill a week from tuesday

the new soilwork is actually very entertaining to listen to... mostly track 3 and 5
just got back from ned's a biddle ago... picked up amanda and ventured there to see off tim and logan and the rest of the group. twas a good time for the most part... it's been nice hangin out with em since they've been in town
me and jeff have jammed a couple times recently and i must say i enjoyed it thoroughly... maybe we'll form a super great led zepplin coverband one of these days???
i work tomorrow 11-7, and then might go to a "hawaiian" party at preston's... i heard there's going to be sand? sounds worth it to me!!!
as for now i'm going to make myself a dollar pizza and then write a bit... and then hopefully go to sleep in time to get rest for what my body requires of me in the next 24 hours
p.s. the new dead to fall material is fucking GREAT! i can't wait till everyone hears it and loves it too

tonight was the soothingest i've had in a very long while... i woke up at about 130, had a creative breakfast which was somewhat bland tasting. then i proceeded to watch bad boys II on hbo, which was actually pretty entertaining... thirdly, i cleaned the weewee porcelan thing with a new wand my parents had purchased (a brilliant new invention with disposable tips!!!!).
and then my night of good began... i drove stressedly to lifetime through the slush in my lightweight minivan (from the future), and almost fell off the road a couple times. purchased my day pass... went to dan's and watched the best of christopher walken SNL after WHOOPING HIS HOOBASTANK-LOVING ASSSHHH-HOOOOOOE ON SOUL CAL... LIKE A MILLION TIMES. our journey then directed itself to jamie's to see her and tim and video footage from the sex party, after hangin out with all of jackie's cool 300 year old friends that play D&D. they taught me a lot about life, and how i'm not doing enough with myself. seriously... thanx guys
then lifetime... which was, as colonel angus would say, "like fine champagn-yeee"
and perkins in plymoth
and some nice apartment's hot-tub, 'drowning' pool, sauna (a.k.a. one of the best set-ups i've seen yet for a seemingly affordable renting space)
overall, i'm extremely content and such... and it feels a lot better than the "work/sleep/not much else" routine
g'night bids!
p.s. the steam room feels like being burned alive... but in a good way.

here is this: [01] Reply with your name and I will write something about you.
[02] I will then tell what song[s] remind me of you.
[03] Next, I will tell you who you remind me of, celebrity/animated or otherwise.
[04] Last, I will try to name a single word that best describes you.
[05] Put this in your journal!
i don't work anymore this weekend!!! the first weekend i've had off since christmas break... kinda pathetic, but awesome at the same time... VIERT.
i work everyday next week including my b-day (cool) between brooklyn center and maple grove panera, and i got an interview at caribou in byerly's rescheduled for monday around 2. and if that works out... I'LL BE WORKING MORE THAN FULL-TIME MOST LIKELY! which will hopefully help me get my car working again sooner, and then hopefully i can become shift super and put chad's townhome in my name when i move in (possibly this summer) so i can fix it up and get tons of equity! ha, that sounds like some evil scheme, but i don't think it is??? lemme know...
either way, i've missed playin shows A LOT since i left nehemiah, and so i'm sorta pumped for sunday. i loved playin with the nehemians... good guys... good guys.
i'm also tryin out some other stuff with other dudes this upcoming week...
i bought the first metal gear solid for ps1 today for only 8 bucks as well
~things i'm saving for: lifetime membership, car fixes, and ps2...
welp...
p.s. achieving excellence in DDR is one of the most awkward and hilarious things i've prolly ever seen... haha
